What a busy week we had. We went major food shopping at costco, along with other errands and the usually busy kid days. We even found some time to knit. Doll sweaters and accessories. Oh what fun that was. I even taught Mom about the magic loop and top down raglan sweaters for dolls. She did Great, but lost some sleep over knitting 2 sleeves at the same time, "never again" she said. We'll see :-). Then my Rockin' Sock Club kit came. The yarn is fabulous! I love it!!! But I am not happy with the pattern. Gave it a shot, but it's just not thrilling me, so riiip. I think the yarn will work wonderfully for my first pair of Monkey socks by Cookie A. So on my 4th CO, I think this will be the one. Enjoy the photos. The Brown/white striped sweaters are made by Mom, the rest by me. The purple cardigan is my all time favorite! Too bad it doesn't fit me :-)

I love the color of that yarn, and I think those would look gorgeous in the Monkey pattern.
Those doll clothes are really cute. I sometimes wish my dd was more interested in dolls but alas she isn't a doll kind of girl.
Linda !! Wonderful, creative writing and photos. Thank you for your patience in teaching me these,to me, new ways of knitting.
Love,MOM.
Wow -- LOVE all the sweaters!! Don't you wish you could churn them out like that in slightly bigger sizes? lol It's too cool that your Mom did them with you. :)
That STR is so beautiful that it has immediately made me regret not buying the membership! I LOVE shaded solids!
I love all the doll's sweaters. They look so great. Pity you didnt write a pattern for them.
